For 2009 to 2013 bikes, tour pack holes are predrilled for using Advanblack tour pack bracket only. For 2014 or later bikes, holes are predrilled for HD and Advanblack tour pack bracket. For 2008 or before bikes, drilling holes for tour pack bracket is required.
